The 2009 China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE 2009) will be held in China International Exhibition Center (old venue) in Beijingt from September 24 to 26, 2009. Amid the on-going global financial crisis, to support more exhibitors and trade visitors to participate in CIAPE 2009, the Organizing Committee is working hard to improve their promotion, the management, the transportation and the services provided. In addition, special preferential policies and services are provided to the exhibitors and trade visitors.
Free accommodation for domestic and overseas buyers
To invite more domestic and overseas trade visitors, and to provide convenience for their visits to CIAPE 2009, the Organizing Committee provides free accommodation and free transportation from appointed hotels to the exhibition center for 3 days (from 23 to 25 September, 2009) for all pre-registered overseas buyers, trade agents, specialists from joint ventures in China, as well as purchasers and R&D experts from Chinese automakers. The deadline for online pre-registration is August 31, 2009. As it said on the notice: Moreover, if you and your colleagues want to enjoy a cosy rest place, CIAPE organizing committee will offer you 3-night free hotel accommodation with four stars and free shuttle bus service.
Free On-line Exhibition for the exhibitors
The CIAPE official website iapechina.com will open up the platform of “On-line Exhibition” free of charge this year, which is an important value-added service provided by CIAPE 2009. In June, the “Production and Demands Match-making” column will be opened first. The exhibitors can log on iapechina.com, enter “On-line Exhibition” column and upload the products information (words, pictures included), certification information, demands and means of contacts of the company to the official website. While the interested clients can gather the information about the products and the exhibitors on-line. By this means, CIAPE opens up wider promotion and marketing channels for the exhibitors, promotes the match-making between production and demands, and provides a never-ending exhibition. The CIAPE website has also opened up new columns like “Policies and Regulations” and “Industry Insights” to provides companies with timely industry news and authoritative information.
Database Marketing to Spread Information
To better serve the targeted clients of CIAPE, the Organizing Committee has set up a Customer Service Information Center. Database marketing is adopted to spread information, where E-newsletters, SMS and phone calls are sent and made to the exhibitors, trade visitors and potential clients regularly. E-newsletters are provided in various languages like Chinese, English, Russian, and Japanese, etc, and are focusing on exhibitors and visitors respectively for the contents. This provides the clients with a faster and more convenient way to get information about CIAPE and the whole industry continuously.
