In the mid-Sept, 2009, led by Xu Zhenping, deputy secretary of Foton Party Committee and chief supervisor, members of the board of supervisors of Foton Motor Group were warmly welcomed by Lv Weimin, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of board of supervisor, and Xu Zhenping, company director and also Deputy General Manager, as well as other members of board of supervisors and person in charge of political department.
They have visited multi-cylinder plant and laboratory shop in the company of corporate leaders, and they have held talks. On behalf of the leading bodies and board of supervisors welcomed the board of supervisors of Foton Motor Group and he introduced the corporate’s basic situations and production and management in recent years, and he also presented research and development as well as the sales of the single and multi cylinder engine. When talking about the ownership structure and board of supervisors, Lv Weimin said, the rapid growth of Foton has been obvious by all in recent years, and both Changchai and Foton have been in a period of fast expansion and they hope that they can strengthen communication and cooperation and Changchai would like to provide more and better excellent engines. Zhao Jingguang said that Changchai have perfect corporate governance structure and smooth operation, both of which set examples, and cooperation between Foton and Changchai has a long history, and they will have more and deeper communication in the future.
In addition, they talked over some specific aspects about board of supervisors of listed companies.
