News from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology reveals that China"s automobile output reached 10 million and could hit 13 million by the end of this year. Currently, compared the same period of last year, the production is up 40 percent. The public believes that China auto production is overcapacity. However, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology says that there is no overheating.
China has very large population. In fact, China"s total auto output is really not very high. Compared to developed countries, such as United States, Europe and Japan, the auto figure in China is not too high. Actually, the government " stimulus auto policies are supporting the fast auto growth. This is the key factor.
Some analysts say China auto industry is not overheating now and the spurring policies need to extend.
