(hereinafter referred to as Shaolin Auto) received Yu(short name of Henan province)-Technology No. 134 document, Notice on Recognition of the First Batch of Innovative and New Technology Enterprises in Henan 2009 and related certificate and board by Henan science and technology bureau, Henan General Office of Finance, Henan national taxation bureau, and Henan excise office. Shaolin Auto has been recognized as innovative and new technology enterprise in 2004, and Shaolin Auto will enjoy related national favorable policies.

It’s learned that Shaolin Auto, listed in China automobile industry products post, is Henan private technology enterprise, one of Henan "Top 100” company. Founded in 1983, Shaolin Auto is mainly undertaking production, sales, service, import & export of Automobile products and spare parts. And now they have become domestic backbone bus builder with export independent research and development, large-scale production, automatic detection. They own medium and large coaches, tourism coaches, city buses, new energy buses and special buses etc five series production lines with production capacity up to 10,000 units. Currently their total assets are 1,100,000,000 yuan (161,107,241 USD), and over 2,200 employees, and total areas of their plants are over 600,000 m2 with construction area up to 200,000 m2. Their large and medium buses have been recognized as China famous brands for twice, and the “Shaolin” figurative mark is accepted as China Branding Trademark, and Shaolin Auto has been top five domestic sales and production volumes.
