Sales volumes of commercial vehicles which were largely declines in the first half of 2009 got warm again. Sales volumes of commercial vehicles were 279,000 units in October, 2009, up 62.22% year on year, in which production and sales volumes of buses were 25,100 units and 22,500 units, up 40.59% and 21.17% respectively.
According to latest statistics by CAAM, sales volumes of commercial vehicles were 279,900 units, down 11.64% month on month, up 62.22% year on year. And production and sales volumes of commercial vehicles were 2,744,600 units and 2,701,100 units, up 20.73% and 19.14% year on year respectively in the first ten months this year. However, production and sales volumes of commercial vehicles were 2,607,400 units and 2,624,900 units last year, that is to say, the accumulated production and sales volumes of commercial vehicles in the first ten months surpassed that of last year.
As to statistics of segment market in October this year, production and sales volumes of buses were 25,100 units and 22,500 units, up 40.59% and 21.17% respectively; production and sales volumes of vans were 188,200 units and 183,300 units, up 51.43% and 57.64% respectively; production and sales volumes of semi-trailer towing vehicles were 24,000 units and 24,400 units, up 70% and 80% respectively; production and sales volumes of semi-trailer towing vehicles were 24,000 units and 24,400 units, up 70% and 80% respectively; production and sales volumes of non-complete vans were 43,900 units and 43,100 units, up 87.97% and 79.92% respectively.
In the first ten months, increment speed of vans was continuously promoting compared with the first nine months, and production and sales volumes of buses and non-complete vehicles started to grow; and decrease amplitude of semi-trailer towing vehicles and non-complete buses was smaller then the first nine months.
