On November 11, 2009, the acceptance ceremony for Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co., Ltd.,(hereinafter referred to as Golden Dragon) Suzhou Oriental Bus Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Yingcai Bus Co., Ltd. was held in the Kinglong Haicang Buses production basis. Xi Zuren, （the director of the Suzhou Oriental Transport Co.,Ltd.,）Yuan Weixin（the general manager of the Suzhou Yingcai Bus Co.,Ltd.）,Ye Yuliang（the sales director of Xiamen Golden Dragon） and Liu Liang（the manager of Sunzhou region of Xiamen Golden Dragon）attended this ceremony.

The Chairman Xi said, “Both Oriental Transport and Xiamen Golden Dragon were founded in 1992 with the vehicle transport service business of tourist transportation, corporation buses and bus freight. The performance on bus transport and tour also should be paid much more attention when we purchase the buses for the employees" urban commute this time, so it highly demands the design and performance of the buses.
