Air intake system and exhaust system are designed integrally with over-striking pipelines to cut resistance of air in the passages. The complete vehicle was under optimization design, and finite element analysis was adopted in body and chassis to reduce weight of the vehicle on the basis of strength of the complete vehicle. Professional software is used to calculate the transmission system to match the vehicle operation with engine.

Second, electrical store is equipped under the driver seat, so major electrical equipment control element is put here to make integrating design and access door outside the bus to facilitate maintenance and operations.
