On 29 January 1956, the first bus route from the train station to the Agricultural College was formally used with the first 22 conductors, which finished the history of the rickshaw in Hefei. The only 10 improved wooden and iron buses imported abroad were presented on the ceremony with heavy noise, pollutant, strong fuel smell and black smoke. It is known that HFF6120G03EV pure electric bus takes 12 groups of lithium cells with the replacement of traditional engine with electric power system. The cell groups contain 300kw/h power. The 3-5 hours charging can afford to the driving over 160km with air-conditioner(AC) and 250-300km without AC.

Meanwhile, the electric power system greatly reduces noise and offers more comfort and convenience to the passengers.
