According to the news from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM for short as below) reveals that the sales of China autos are soaring at the end of this year. Many potential customers will buy autos in advance because the tax rebate policies will expire at the end of the year.
CAAM says the auto sales in China are growing stronger in the year of 2009. The global financial turmoil seems pass in China. Auto experts believe that the current stimulated tax policy will be replaced by a new one. Customers can trade in elder autos for a price cut on new one. One vendor of auto market says if the preferential policy is canceled, the auto market may cool for a while early next year.
Latest news from Chinese government reports that the related stimulus policy will raise the auto consumption tax to 7.5% from current 5% with the engine displacement under the 1.6 liter in the next year.
