In recent years, the Chinese central government promotes the green transportation in nationwide and more and more new-energy buses debut in China. The city of Liaocheng, Shandong province is a very good example to promote new energy buses. According to the short-term plan of Liaocheng, it will wash out a large number of old-style buses and adopt new-energy buses to replace them. By the year of 2015, the proportion of new-energy buses will account for 40 percent. The Liaocheng government will collaborate with Zhongtong Bus Holding Co., Ltd (Zhongtong for short as below) to jointly develop this green program.
