Recently, Zonda Bus Group 2010 global sales conference was solemnly held at the headquarters. Chairman of Zonda Group Xu Lianguo, President Xu Liankuan (Jim Xu), and all the sales elites attended the conference.
At the meeting, Xu Liankuan pointed out that the past 2009 was a year that Zonda Bus Group faced with the development challenges, stand the tested and got victories. In this year, under the correct leading of the Chairman, the whole Zonda employees had got great achievements in many areas. Compared with 2008, Zonda domestic market sales increased by176% and exporting growth of international trade market increased by 193%. Zonda product had exported to Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc. Zonda bus marketing system from Asia to the world had become mature.
Xu Liankuan stressed that it was the talented people that matters in the competitiveness of enterprises in this era of rapid development of science and technology. In 2010, Zonda Group would continue to adhere to the "people-oriented" development strategies and select personnel with flexible mechanism, excellent environment, and efficient incentive mechanism. In 2010, Zonda Group would continue to insist the employment policy of "Do not evaluate the contribution with qualifications, not evaluate ability with level, not evaluate the competence with positional title, and not evaluate the diploma with the capability ". And Zonda would reasonably select talented people and to build a management team that can work independently; a technical team with professional skills; a marketing team full of pioneering spirit to adapt to overseas markets and to complete and achieve new development.
Xu Liankuan requested that in latter time of the international financial crisis, the whole Zonda employees must further establish a sense of ownership, promoting team spirit through multiple channels and modes to actively display the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity to adapt to changes of global structural demand and increase the development of the international market and optimize the international marketing model. At the same time, taking advantage of last year"s breakthrough in international trade, Zonda sales should adopt a variety of marketing models, initiatively, focusing on development of CKD, SKD co-operation in these countries and regions that Zonda had high brand recognition and high reputation to accelerate the transition from origin to selling area. Besides, all Zonda staffs should also work hard with innovation in order to promote all work to achieve the 2010 global sales target.
During the conference, Zonda Bus Group also praised the individuals and departments making outstanding contributions to the annual sales in 2009 with honorary certificates.
