After breaking 600,000 units, Foton remains the good positive trend and realizes a good beginning of 2010. In Jan., 2010, Foton sold more than 50,000 vehicles, year-on-year growth of 274% with the forerunner of China commercial vehicle industry.
According to the statistic data that in Jan.,2010, the growth of various main Foton brands exceeds 200%, including Auman: 8,201 units, year-on-year growth of 674%.
Currently, Foton makes important breakthrough in the development of new energy vehicles, battery and electric control. The production and the sales of Foton new energy buses account for a half of those of the total buses. It indicated the increasing of the comprehensive capability of this company based on the scientific management as well as technological innovation for this good beginning in 2010.
