And this year, they will concentrate on the following aspects, spare parts networks construction and management of heavy buyers, to improve satisfaction of parts supply by timely delivery and faster logistics, to perfect parts inquiry database and CRM system, and to cut costs of dealers by Yutong high markets share and centralized procurement.
And they hope that active marketing, rapid response mechanism and spare parts networks can be realized to construct specialized Yutong spare parts platform.
