As Shanghai World Expo is nearer, many service providers are busying with preparations, and one of them is Yutong to provide buses and coaches. There will be 579 Yutong buses and coaches to serve the World Expo, including 47 security vehicles, 359 buses and 173 tourism coaches.

"Inherited experiences in Beijing Olympic Games and NPC/CPPCC, Yutong can do better in the Shanghai World Expo,” explained Feng Dianqun, after-sales service manager of Yutong bus in Jiangsu and Shanghai areas.
They have careful deployment for the World Expo. Yutong has made up “Yutong Bus Action Plan for Shnaghai World Expo”to divide their task into five phases. In the first phase, they will summarize information of big customers for records of World Expo vehicles; second, World Expo service stations will be founded on the basis of current eight service stations and one new after-sales service station. During the third phase, they will conduct customer visits and vehicles checking. Vehicles archives will be established before April 25th for big customers. Finally they will try to monitor the vehicle running conditions. And all the stations will pay return visits for the vehicles timely.
High efficient implement is also rather important apart from thorough arrangement. “We will arrange after-sales services as near as possible. In specifid, we will divide Shanghai into several parts, and our service men can get to the buses in ten minutes,”explained Mr. Feng, “Yutong Bus World Expo service will be responsible for dealing with any emergency, and the speed to solve the problems will be highly priority.”
Careful preparation, thorough arrangement and high-efficient implement will ensure Yutong Bus to finish their task smoothly.
