The World Youth Carnival is hosted by Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination and World Project Management Organization, targetting on the music carnival for encourage as well as inspiration. It refers to thousands of excellent youth from Harvard, Oxford, Qinghua,Peking and Fudan for cultural communication through boundeless music.
