Shaolin SLG6105EV Pure Electric City Bus is under test running in Xinxiang. General manager of Xinxiang Public Transport Company Liu Weimin and their chief engineer were interviewed to talk about operation of the bus on line 16.

As one of the two testing cities, Xinxiang has initialed the project since last year. They established squad. Henan province has researched electric vehicles for many years with advanced teams. With support and advocate by central government, Shaolin Bus has tried developing electric vehicles, and their buses have fairly good performance, power and fuel efficiency.
Each new matter need time to testify. And it is big courage for Shaolin Bus to develop new energy vehicles, for it needs heavy investments on manpower, and it even proved to be failure. Xinxiang Public Transport Group will support Shaolin Bus even through they do not officially launch the bus model.
