China large coaches markets have long been taken by Yutong, Kinglong, Higer and Golden Dragon.
Sales of large coaches by Yutong, Kinglong, Higer and Golden Dragon are increasing rapidly for the soaring markets. And their sales volumes were 4,430 unit, 2,604 units, 2,107 units, and 1,213 units by Yutong, Higer, Kinglong, and Golden Dragon in the first four months, up 83.13%, 355.24%, 99.91%, and 139.25% over last year.
Since July 2008, sales of large coaches of the four bus builders have always been listed top ten, and even top four sometimes. And their market shares of large buses are about 50%. And the figure grew abruptly in April this year.

Their market share is between 35.48% in February 2009 and 58.45% in April 2009 from July 2008 to March 2010. And the figure rises to 63.19% in April 2010, up nearly 20% over March. And the growth is mainly driven by Yutong, Higer and Kinglong. And their market share are 23.95%, 16.32%, 15.64% over 18.18%, 10.11%, 8.14% last month, while market share (7.28%) of Golden Dragon is similar to that of last month.
Market share of Yutong has been about the same as Kinglong, Higer and Golden Dragon, however, Yutong’s share surpassed sum of other three bus builders between February to June last year. And the situation has changed since July 2009, market share of Kinglong, Higer and Golden Dragon are always higher than Yutong.
