2010 Foton AUV New Buses Introduction Meeting Starts in Chengdu

Beiqi Foton AUV Bus new production introduction meeting was held in Chengdu Sophie Wanda Hotel on July 25, 2010. Release ceremony of Foton BJ6850 was witnessed by leaders of over two hundred bus operators for city buses, intercity and tourist buses, officials of Chengdu as well as vice general manager of Foton AUV New Energy Bus Co., Ltd. Liu Guoqiang.

Foton AUV company and the new bus model were introduced by Mr. Liu and vice general manager of Foton AUV marketing company, and then bus operators made introductions about operations of their Foton buses.

Foton AUV Bus has continued to providing energy-saving products to reduce costs for customers. And they pay much attention on safety by adopting monocoque structure, chassis electric control technology.

BJ6850 bus is the first middle bus with monocoque structure in China, and there are two more seats, 200 kg less weights and 0.5m3 more luggage spaces. Adopting sic cylinder engine with six speed gearbox can improve cost performance largely.


 
In addition, they took two other bus models to join the introduction meeting, BJ6125 and BJ6113C7M4D hybrid bus. BJ6125 one and a half decker has grand appearance and powerful engine system. By adopting low driving zone, ten more seats space are saved, and super big luggage space can meet needs of long distance transport requirements. To improve riding experience, the bus is equipped with high definition ultra thin LCD TV set, independent washroom, dispenser with hot and code water, individual entertainment system.
 


BJ61137M4D hybrid city bus uses intelligence electric cooling system to ensure engine in the best working environments and fuel prudent can be saved 3-5%, and over 30% fuel consumption can be reduced then average buses.
