In the morning of 3 August 2010, Qiqihar Construction Bureau, Planning Bureau, Longsha District Committee, District Government and related departments speed up the process of the construction of new energy bus project, simplified the procedures and issued the builders" licence on scene to the constructor to make sure the starting of this project within this month.
It is known the new energy bus project will start with cornerstone laying ceremony on 12 August and it is expected that phase one will be completed and put into production in this year. The new energy bus industry project hosted by Qiqihar and Shanghai Lianfu Group is one of the main constructions and makes great leading impact on the economic development and project progress in the local area. This project includes new energy bus, auto parts and solar cell and complies with the strategy direction of the upgrading of our national automobile industry with great prospect.
