JAC Joints Hybrid Kinetic Group to Produce New Energy Vehicles

JAC signed agreement with Tianjin Hybrid Kinetic Investment Company to produce new energy vehicles, powertrains as well as KWH Li-ion batteries in the next eight years on August 8, 2010.


  
The two auto giants signed letter of intent for joint venture on August 3, and five days later they signed the agreement, and the fast decision shows their strong intention to develop new energy vehicles. Founded in 1999, JAC becomes an auto giant with more than fifty car models and 460 m2 production base. Currently there are more than 160 pure electric Ankai buses are running in Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Urumchi, and Hefei.
