On 1 September 2010, Higer Bus signed "strategic cooperation framework agreement" with China Unicom in Beijing. Both parties will fully develop the important opportunity of the development of industrialization promoted by informatization, based on application of G-BOS intelligence operation system and 3G networks, referring to deep cooperation of vehicle information service for large and medium buses.

According to the agreement, China Unicom will regard Higer Bus as important partner and continuously promote the service of application of automobile intelligence on various Higer models. Both parties set up special project team in charge of developing, testing and promotion of communications and value-added business communications services such as security, remote diagnosis, position and call center on account of automobile intelligence application service platform project.
