On 15 September, Committee of Storage Power System of New Energy and Electric Vehicles (All-China Environment Federation) was founded in Beijing. Zonda Automobile Group was listed as the Demonstration Base of Industrialization of Electric Buses and Xu Lian kuan, the president of Zonda Group was selected as the vice chairman of the committee.

Sun Jingwei, the vice chairman and the secretary general of China Power Supply Special Committee of CECC presided over the conference and specially introduced the preparations as well as regulations, organization of the committee. He pointed that the committee is dedicated to the independent innovation and development of key technologies and equipments of storage power system of new energy and electric vehicles, referring to the nationwide enterprise and companies that carry on related research & development, manufacturing and service. He expected that the China new energy bus builders such as Zonda Automobile could contribute to the new energy business with implementation of "Cooperation, Innovation and Development".
The related leaders and experts from All-China Environment Federation, China Innovation Alliance of Lithium Ion Power System Industrial Technology, China Communications Industry Association, Tsinghua University and State Key Laboratory of Automotive Safety and Energy.
