Ankai Bus Launches New Electric City Buses

Ankai Bus has launched the newest product: filling-in electric city bus in late November 2010. It is known that one more generating set is installed in the original power system of bus in Ankai fill-in electric bus and starts for charging when battery power is not enough. This model owns the advantages of long driving (more than 300 kilometers with air-conditioner closed; more than 230 kilometers with air-conditioner open), high speed, high energy recovery, acceleration, starting and gradeability during driving. It reduces the purchasing cost for the complete vehicle because of the decreasing of 30% of battery volume. Moreover, this new energy bus complies with the standard of the national subsidy, available for market promotion potential.
