It is known from the engineers from King Long Bus that these 23 buses were equipped with 4RB2 engines (the most powerful and comfortable ones for the domestic Hiace models), new front wall, new dashboard, ultraviolet disinfection lamp, heater (6000W), air-conditioner (6200W),wall-hung cupboard in the medical lock, which is helpful for both more interior space and medicine sorting, UPS power system, external power switcher, oxygen inhaler and the gynecologic examine bed.
