National Bureau of Statistics of China: Output of Tires Increases 12% in August

Data from National Bureau of Statistics of China published on September 13th showed that In August 2011, 72.19 million tires were made in China, year-on-year rises of 12%, 0.9% less than that of July and output of synthetic rubber increased 20% year on year. Besides, from January to August 532.5 million tires were made, year-on-year rises of 6.4% and output of synthetic rubber was 2.34 million tons, year-on-year rises of 16%. In August, output of synthetic rubber was 302 thousand tons, year-on-year rises of 20%.
