According to statistical data of 99 bus manufacturers from CAAM, from January to October in 2011, growth of small buses and articulated buses increased; city buses decreased; decrease of tourism buses slowed down; sales of intercity buses decreased more and sales of special buses began to increase.
From January to October, sales of small buses were 153 thousand units, increasing 9.34%; sales of articulated buses were 423 units, increasing 510%; sales of city buses were 52.5 thousand units, increasing 5.54%; sales of tourism buses were 17.2 thousand units, decreasing 12.41%; sales of intercity buses were 59.2 thousand units, decreasing 0.32%; sales of special buses were 3962 units, increasing 0.83%.
