Net Profit of Ankai Reaches Nearly RMB 100 Million Yuan

Ankai released 2011 annual report on March 15th that the company gained RMB 3.762 billion Yuan in 2011, increasing 18.51% over last year; net profit for shareholders was RMB 98.1388 million Yuan, increasing 33.82% over last year.

The company decided to distribute dividend of RMB 1 Yuan for every 10 shares (including tax) and increase 10 shares for every 10 shares, based on total capital stock of 35.201 million shares at the end of 2011.
