Many customers from Latin America view China products as low price and great quality, and China bus builders need to take advantage of this and develop and release more high-end buses and coaches. At the same time they should focus on market strategy and marketing methods.
The requirement for buses is not high in Latin American and their privatation level is rather high and they have some culture and language barriers with China. Mexico belongs to the US, and they have higher requirement on plant building and technology; Brazil has higher requirement on engine and emission; Argentina has high tariff, and their policies for auto are varying from time to time.
