Foton Motor Carries out 5+3+1 Strategy

Foton Motor signed cooperation with Cuba Ministry of Transport on June 2, marking a new development stage of Foton new energy vehicles.
In recent years, many overseas markets are focusing on China new energy vehicles, especially Foton Motor. Foton new energy vehicles dominate Beijing in terms of city buses, and taxi car.
Guangzhou First Bus Company is the first bus operator to use hybrid city buses, and they started to purchase Foton new energy city buses since 2007. And Foton new energy city buses are runnin in Jinan, Changsha etc cities with great performance.
According to Foton 2020 Strategy, they will carry out 5+3+1 strategy step by step, that is, they will build five plants in Russia, India, Brazil, Mexico and Indonesia with annual production capacity over 100,000 units, breaking into North America, EU and Japanese and South Koera markets, and they will also build their global headquarter, innovation center and operation center in Beijing. Their production and sales volumes of vehicles will amount to four million units till 2020, ranking top ten world auto giants.
