Nearly 70% of City Buses in Harbin Use Clean Energy

It is learned from Harbin Bureau of Transport that clean energy such as natural gas and CNG have been used for nearly 70% of city buses.
Compared with diesel engine city buses, NG and CNG city buses can save 80 Yuan each km. Harbin is building recharging stations in bus stations and hubs, and the daily natural gas supply can amount to 140,000 cubis foot.
There are more than 5,100 city buses running in Harbin and 3,500 of which are using clean energy.
