To carry out the city bus priority policy, Qingdao will place more CNG city buses with large carrying ability to operation, and the buses will connect central urban area, Blue Guigu and World Garden Expo areas. And the 18-meter CNG city bus will be put into use for line 605 in mid June.

The city bus is safer and more reliable with its water proof, anti dust and anticorrosion parts, automatic fire extinguishing system is used, monocoque structure can disperse the crash poressure to all the vehcile body so that it can protect safety of the passengers. There are 9 cameras in the bus, and the right rearview mirror can spin by eelctricity, and there are 6 doors for the bus and the left three doors can be used for emergency.
The use of CNG can reduce emission at largest, and engine with national 5 emission standard is used and the bus can run for 300 km after one charge for CNG.
