Facing the impact of emerging high-speed rail network, some transport companies divert to multiple business, which is impeded by skyrocketing oil price and integration of tourism industry. Seeing the reality, bus manufacturers start to think over how to relieve the transport companies from the adverse market situation through innovation of bus models and how to create more additional values for these companies. Golden Dragon takes the lead in a breakthrough by launching 10.5m XML6102J double-floor coach, which, with 51 seats at most, is able to carry as many passengers as a 12m coach does.

Bearing high expectations, the new coach names after "Kaige" and the meaning is self-evident. At the first sight of XML6102J double-floor coach, we were impressed by its modesty rather than imagined fervor, smooth rather than edges. The designer segmented the side wall with waistline to lower the height visually. The front wall was covered with two chunks of glass and the slightly tilted design of upper glass enlarged inner space and dignified the coach.
Inside the coach, the partitioned driver zone freed the driver from the distraction of the passengers in the compartment. The 10.5m body was more suitable for second-and-third-tier cities and counties.
On the jammed urban road, frequent start/stop revealed the adroit maneuverability of the coach--quickly responsive accelerator, moderate shift and handy steering wheel. Independently controlled air-conditioner cooled the driver zone. Uptilted ceiling improved the overhead space and the driver"s visual field.
Entering the test driving zone saw a unfinished highway with straight road, uphill road, curve and cobbled road, a perfect place for the test. During the whole process, it turned out 310Hp engine was powerful and the air suspension was capable for the bumpy road.
Some people say "details reveal a good design" and this is what shows in Golden Dragon XML6102J. In the driver zone, abundant storing space is convenient for the driver and siting in seat, the driver is able to press the frequently-used buttons without moving his body. When entering the door, passengers would notice that the front door opened to the front and the spindle and pump was set in front. The design would make the steps more spacious. For operators, XML6102J was equipped with I-TOPO intelligent oil-saving system and intelligent management system, playing key role in the supervision on energy-saving and safety. Besides 51 seats, the coach had 8.5m3 luggage compartment, which turned out to be a thoughtful design.
Under the gloomy condition of current transport market, the birth of Golden Dragon XML6102J undoubtedly brings vitality to the industry, a new “weapon” to the enterprises for weathering the market change. In the unpredictable market to come, we are expecting more than XML6102J from Golden Dragon.
