First Half of 2013 Sees Flourishing Youngman

Youngman was having a busy July in producing and selling buses. In the workshop, a variety of luxury tourist coaches and city buses took up all the production lines--wielding, puttying, spray-painting, installing engines and debugging buses, etc. Workers were busy with their parts systematically and rows of tourist coaches and city buses with logos of transport companies nationwide filled the parking lot of the factory.

In July, Youngman was obliged to deliver over 1000 tourist coaches and city buses, including nearly 100 luxury tourist coaches to Chile, 45 electric buses to Kazakhstan and 70 new-energy city buses to Kunming.


Up to June, Youngman has produced and sold over 3000 luxury buses respectively, spotlighting the company at home and abroad.


On January 16th, Everbright Financial Holding Asset Management Company became the strategic shareholder of Youngman, which, hand in hand with Everbright Bank, Everbright Securities and Everbright Insurance affiliated to Everbright Group, began to offer more comprehensive and quick loan service to CV customers, passenger vehicle dealers and spare parts suppliers. The success in combination of state-owned financial capital and vigorous private capital promotes the development of Young CV industry.

 
During the "Two Sessions" in 2013, Youngman buses lined up in the hotel where the national NPC delegates resided for their service. 30 Youngman JNP6127EA buses delivered to Shouqi Group successfully completed the transport mission during the delivery of "Liaoning" aircraft carrier and the 18th National People"s Congress. Youngman buses are highly recognized by central leaders for the high quality. It"s said 300 units of this model will be delivered to Zhejiang, Guangdong and Shanghai, etc.


According to the characteristics of domestic tourism market and short distance transport field, Youngman re-designed its tourist coaches, which, thanks to the improved cost performance based on original German craftmanship, were well received after Youngman Business Annual Meeting, including 46 units for Xi"an, 50 units for Zhanjiang and 60 units for Hangzhou, etc. The nationwide orders of over 500 units are attributed to Youngman"s understanding to the market.


In May, 50 Youngman JNP6130GSC double-decker city buses were delivered to Beijing Bus Group, followed by another batch of buses to be delivered.


Meanwhile, Youngman new dual-power pure-electric city buses are used in route K155 in Hangzhou City. This model, based on the latest alternating current traction technology, is powerful, smooth and of energy efficiency, making a promising prospect.


In July, Youngman delivered the last batch of JNP6120BEV1 trolley buses to Kazakhstan which had ordered a total of 195 units. Youngman is the first and the only bus manufacturer that exports trolley buses, being the pride of China bus industry.


On June 14th, Youngman held the ceremony in Chile to celebrate that Youngman double-decker buses ran one million kilometers without overhaul, witnessing the miracle with over 200 customers from Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela, etc.

 
In 2009, Chilean JET SUR Company purchased two JNP6137S luxury double-decker buses from Youngman and the two buses ran an average of 1000 km per day from 2010 without overhaul. Their low oil consumption and excellent braking impressed the drivers and passengers. This is a record of Chinese brand in South America, which changes the previous impression of made-in-China. It"s said the orders in 2014 will rise to over 1000 units.


Besides Hongkong, Singapore, Korea, Central Asia and New Zealand, Youngman makes a breakthrough in emerging African markets. Following Ethiopia, Youngman luxury buses were exported to Ghana. In late July, over 200 customers from Ghana and Cote d"Ivoire witnessed the start of China"s high-quality buses in Africa. Good cost performance and enhancing brand image promote the development of Youngman in overseas market.


For long, customer-oriented idea propels Youngman to offer the best solutions to customers for their benefits. The win-win outcome gains customers" recognition and booming production and sales in the first half of 2013. It is estimated that the number will reach 8000 units at the end of the year.
