In August, a new round of heat wave invaded Jinhua City and continuous high temperature of 39-40℃ was torturing the workers in Youngman workshops. However, they held their position and focused on nothing but the production.

Entering the assembly shop, we could see swarms of luxury tourist coaches for tourism companies nationwide and city buses to be delivered to Beijing and Tacheng. Standing beside one luxury coach, Deputy General Manager Chen Shangbao was calling in an attempt to negotiate about the limited power supply.

"Our four production lines are going at full blast and over 70 buses are produced per day. We have the mission of over 350 luxury coaches in August, rising 30% year on year." Mr. Chen swiped away the sweat and told the reporter. The limitation of power supply never stopped the production and the workers would go back to work once the power was restored.

For Youngman, nothing is important than the completion of production task and the workers are enthusiastic every day despite the hot weather.
