In the first half of 2013, Changan sold a total of 138,000 buses, 16.07% more than industrial average. Sales of Changan light buses increased by 98.4%, ranking No.1; sales of Changan school buses reached 2007 units, rising by 38.41%, ranking No.2.
On June 28th, "Changan School Bus Tour" started from Dingzhou City. Changan put "Shentong" school bus into market on January 28 and obtained the orders of 650 units. Up to July, the amount has reached 870 units.
In 2013, Changan won the bidding of Kuwait, an order of 1700 school buses. This is the biggest order in export history. Until now, over 3000 Changan buses have been used in Kuwait. Obtaining the order means a good opportunity for Changan in the future.
It"s said export of Changan Q20 mini trucks reach 405 units, including Algeria, Angola, Paraguay, Columbia, Dominica, Guatemala and Uruguay, etc. Overseas sales reach 2800 units, increasing by 166.67%.
