Zhongtong bus has been exploring high end markets for many years, and they have investigated Germany and Canada markets since 2007, and they founded that they need to prepare for three to five years for homologation and marketing jobs. It took two year for Zhongtong to do investigation jobs, producing sample buses, and the bus model passed TUV safety test.

Zhongtong buses have been sold to 76 countries and regions since 2003, and they secured the biggest China bus order in 2008, and this time, the 1000 city buses will use engine adhering Euro 6 emission standard.
This is a great chance for Zhongtong bus and in the following three years, overseas sales will take 30% in Zhongtong bus, said Mr. Yu.
