2013 China Commercial Vehicle Show was grandly held from Oct. 20th to Nov.2nd of 2013 in Wuhan International Exhibition Center. This commercial vehicle show covered 80,000㎡ of 8 pavilions, attracting more than 500 leading commercial vehicle and parts manufacturers from China and abroad. Therefore, this show became the largest commercial vehicle exhibition in Asia-Pacific area.
Ankai brought three kinds of fuel conservation and new-energy buses to this exhibition, continuing its environmental friendly concept of Ankai Tour in China and contributing to green development of bus. HFF6127G03EV hub motor electric bus, the King new-energy bus of Ankai, was praised as the new generation electric bus of China with wings and gaining lots of attraction. New power of new-energy bus Hub motor drive shows new green technology
On Sep. 17th of 2013, MIIT website released Notice About Continuing Developing New-energy Automobile Promotion together with Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Science and Technology, and NDRC. Ankai new-energy bus attends 2013 China Commercial Vehicle Show
As leader of China new-energy bus, Ankai Bus exhibited three kinds of powerful buses catering for new-energy bus and gas bus markets. Ankai hub motor electric bus, which was firstly launched in this year, got the most focus on this show. It is of vehicle controller independently developed as the brain of the whole power system with high reliability and strong antijamming capability. Of small volume of drive system and light weight, the vehicle can be equipped flexibly. The equipment of hub drive technology, high efficiency of drive system and advanced control method all recycle maximum braking power, which is the green wing of energy conservation and high efficiency. Hub drive system is of high efficiency owing to short power chain (or direct drive wheel) and optimized drive by energy management and power system. Compared with conventional electric bus, every wheel of hub drive electric bus can control drive and braking power by hub motor rapidly, improving driving power performance a lot.
The vehicle adopts advanced and efficient AC asynchronous hub drive motor, which lowers height of rear floor a lot. Equipped with advanced electronic variable speed regulation, it is of no shock, good power performance and comfort sitting. What’s more, it makes a significant contribution to improving sitting comfort and transit priority due to zero emission and breakthrough of design of interior decoration and appearance. This bus would be widely used in large and medium cities in China, which would make a huge contribution to improving urban images in the future.
Range-extending electric urban bus is another star product of Ankai, which has already awarded the Best New-energy Bus in 2013 Beijing International Exhibition On Buses, Trucks & Components. Ankai range-extending electric bus increases another power unit in the original electronic system, which would start in the low battery. Battery can be online charged. And after one charging, the driving range is long, speed is fast and recycling efficiency of power in driving is high. In addition, it is of good speeding up, starting and climbing performance. For now, it has already into scale operation in Hefei.
Ankai gas green bus runs in beautiful China
Owing to various advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection and economical performance of gas bus, the country keeps releasing beneficial policies, by which promotion and application of gas bus would be enhanced. On this exhibition, Ankai launched HFF6900K08C2E5 gas bus.
Ankai is the first bus manufacturer applying full load body technology to gas bus. Due to light chassis structure, body weight of gas bus is greatly decreased. And gas consumption and operational cost of bus are saved. Apart from that, full load body provides more reasonable layout space resolving cylinder setting effectively.
