From Nov. 27th to 29th Green Transport Energy Saving and New-energy Automobile Exhibition is held in SWEECC (i.e. Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center), sponsored by China Urban Public Transportation Institute of Civil Engineering and China Industry Association Bus Branch, as well as cosponsored by public transportation companies in 19 provinces and cities. The exhibition sets technologies of electric automobile, pile and energy conservation as its theme and focuses on green transportation development.

Thus, Higer can provide four energy saving and new-energy urban buses, including pure electric, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fuel cell. On this exhibition, Higer launched new KLQ6129GEV pure electric bus, which was awarded high-tech product certificate released by Jiangsu Science and Technology Ministry.

New KLQ6129GEV pure electric bus is of direct-driven way, by which motor connects axle to realize electrodeless shifting and improve system transmission efficiency. Dual-motor electric coupling drive control strategic design ensures good stability of operation. And controllable concepts of electronic parts in control system saves power of the whole bus efficiently.

Excellent vehicle control strategy, intelligent analysis of driver attempt, zero-speed lock slope control, electronic smoothness control and energy saving mode control are all equipped within the bus, which can help improve driving range.
Higer drive system is dual motor multiple structure, which can lower summit power of motor with its small size, light weight, high protective level and insulation. It also owns features of high power density, standard, security and service time.
Power battery is compound lithium ion, which can make driving range of over 200km once charged and satisfy daily driving range of most of buses. Lithium ion battery is designed in mode which is waterproof and dustproof and adapts to different using conditions.
This bus is of beautiful but simple interior design and glass baffle of aluminum profile and adhesive tape which is the same as Benz Citaro Bus. The integrated design is better to separate interior space and exterior vehicle to keep heat from losing. Seats of split type are adopted above wheel covers to make full use of space. Shelf is set above wheel cover to take luggage. 304 armrest of stainless steel is of good rust protection.
