When subsidy policy of energy saving and new-energy commercial vehicle motivates LNG bus market, Foton AUV Bus got its first large order. On Jan. 6th of 2014, 1,000-LNG-bus signing ceremony of Foton AUV with Shenzhen Shengshi Company was held in Foshan. Both partners would integrate vehicle factories, energy companies and terminal customers together to build green transportation and promote green public transportation system of energy conservation and emission reduction in the country.

Foton AUV Gets Ordered of 1,000 LNG Buses
On Sep.11th of 2013, Air Pollution Protection Activity Plan was released by the State Council, which was taken as a major beneficial policy promoting new-energy commercial vehicle market. After three month, Foton, commercial vehicle enterprise with the domestic largest scale, took the first chance to transfer this policy into a market opportunity.
On Jan.6th of 2014, Foton AUV signed a 1,000-LNG-bus strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Shengshi in Foshan, which is the first large order of over 1,000 energy saving and new-energy buses after PM2.5 process policy released. It is learned that these 1,000 LNG buses would be into public transportation and passenger transportation markets through Shenzhen Zhongsheng and terminal customers.

Apart from 1,000-bus-order, another spotlight of Foton AUV Bus’ strategic cooperation is its success of commercial promoting mode in energy saving and new-energy commercial vehicle field.
According to cooperative mode of strategic cooperation, energy supplier-Shenzhen Shengshi would establish a joint venture investing LNG stations with terminal customers. These three partners would build a green public transportation ecological development unit.
