Since new-energy automobile subsidy policy goes public, insiders generally think that sales volume of new-energy automobiles would increase greatly in 2014 and automobile manufacturers would accelerate manufacturing and sales of new-energy automobiles. Official of Ankai Bus New-energy Automobile Marketing Company said that Ankai plans to sell 1,200 pure electric buses in 2014. “This target would be achieved in 2014.”

Additionally, it is learned that new-energy automobile industrial policies would be released in 2014 one by one. Recently our country is adjusting new-energy automobile subsidy standards of 2014 and 2015, which goes down 5% in 2014 and 10% in 2015 based on the standard of 2013. Therefore, manufacturing and sales of new-energy automobile manufacturers would be motivated.

Sales target of Ankai new-energy bus in 2013 was 900 units. The official said, “In 2013, we sold about 830 new-energy buses in total, 600 of which were pure electric buses.” He thought that despite of uncompleted sales target of new-energy bus in 2013, he held confidence about the sales target of 1,200 new-energy buses in 2014.

On Feb.8th of 2014, Notice about Further New-energy Automobile Promoting Application was released on the website of Ministry of Finance. In this notice, subsidy standard of pure electric passenger car, plug-in hybrid passenger car, pure electric special vehicle and FCV in 2014 goes down 5% on the basis of 2013 and the same standard in 2015 goes down 10%.
