Huanghai Signs Purchasing Agreement of 1,000 School Buses

  On Feb.23rd, Huanghai Automobile and Beijing Everthriving Satellite Technology signed strategic purchasing agreement.

According to this agreement, Everthriving Satellite would purchase 1,000 Huanghai school buses covering 19 to 41 seats for its extensive business scale. The total purchasing fund is 249 million Yuan. This batch of buses would be completely delivered before the end of July, which would start in the 46th day after earnest money credited to the account. Everthriving Satellite would be informed of each delivery 3 days before delivery.

Everthriving Satellite is a high-tech enterprise specialized in China Beidou Satellite Navigation service, which is one of the authorized enterprises and has production certificate of Beidou terminal equipments and qualification of secondary national confidentiality.

This agreement would expand business scale of Huanghai, improve operation revenue and enhance reputation and popularity of Huanghai school bus.
