On Feb.8th of 2014, Ma Genhua, service engineer of Higer Jiangxi Service Station, received a call from Mr. Xing of Zhumadian of Henan Province. Mr. Xing asked help from Higer after rear-end collisions of his Higer KLQ6122 by other vehicle in Ganzhou of Jiangxi. For bad damages of the bus, Mr. Xing hoped to fix this bus decreasing his lost.
After knowing detailed damage of the bus, Ma Genhua comforted this client and promised to do whatever he could to help fix the bus with necessary parts. Then, Ma Genhua led the customer to haul the bus to Higer Ganzhou New Century Service Station.
Staff in Higer service station comforted the bus owner and dealt with engine supply by calling Ma Genhua. At 10:00am, Ma Genhua instantly asked support from chief in duty of Part Dept.
Then, chief immediately started Green Pass process and resolved the supply of engine and other parts by manufacturing storage. The necessary parts would be delivered there on the afternoon of Feb.9th.
When arrived, parts were rapidly used to fix this damaged bus and the maintenance was completed before Lantern Festival. Mr. Xing said out of deep feelings, “In the beginning, we just wanted to try two Higer buses and we worried about service so much. After this maintenance, I really feel considerate service of Higer. Great thanks to Higer. Due to your endeavor, my auxiliary lost of this collision was decreased and ensured my bus well operated before summit of Spring Festival Travel. I’m really grateful for your race with time and cold weather with your warm and considerate service.”
