The NPC and CPPCC were held in Beijing"s Great Hall since 3rd March 2014. As an engine supplier for large buses, Yuchai, together with ShouQi Group, have been serving the two sessions for ten years in a row.
After the "3 · 1" Kunming incident, in order to guarantee the transport safety, Yuchai held an emergency meeting for universal anti-terrorism education, to warn against terrorism in this special period and improve security vigilance during the two sessions.
Yuchai attached great importance to the two sessions transport tasks. Aiming at "good organization, strict demands, excellent quality and absolute safety", Yuchai developed a comprehensive traffic service assurance program and an emergency dealing program. Last year, Yuchai selected its service personnel, to ensure their competence; strengthened the training of drivers and maintenance technicians, to ensure the service quality; enhanced vehicle check, to ensure safety.
For the two sessions, ShouQi Group is responsible for providing 136 units of large buses, 125 of which are equipped with Yuchai engines. This year"s representatives will stay in 21 scattered hotels in Dongcheng, Xicheng, Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai and Shijingshan, which brings Yuchai greater challenges. To ensure the smooth process of serving the two sessions, Yuchai communicated with ShouQi’s several service stations for several times, implementing a full range of measures for the perfect services. During the two sessions, Yuchai service personnel spend their morning and evening time to check the buses, with specially designated staff responsible for tracking each area in order to address and resolve all kinds of problem in a timely manner, ensuring that the two sessions transport tasks are satisfactorily completed.
