On March 31, Chile"s "Financial Times" reported that according to the Automotive Industry Association of Chile (ANAC) statistics, in 2008 a total of five brands occupied the Chilean bus market with sales of 120, accounting for 4.3% share of the bus market. In 2013, the Chinese bus brands in Chile market were 17 with annual sales of 964, accounting for 20.7% of the local bus market.
Currently in the bus market of Chile, China ranked second following German.
