On Feb. 28, 2014, Golden Dragon, a well-known bus & coach manufacturer based in Xiamen, kicked off its final competition for After-sales Service. Wang Yanming, with a total score of 97.5, became the new champion.

Electrification Brings New Challenges
While overjoyed, the champion of Golden Dragon After-sales Service also feels the challenges lying ahead. He explains that two Golden Dragon buses are equipped with the new type of CAN and one meter can displays two modules, which are quite unfamiliar to all participants. Thus, buses with problems in such area will surely pose real challenges for maintenance workers.
Mr. Wang also says that with the popularization of national IV engines and the upgrading of CAN, the electrification of buses will improve significantly in the future, thus making the system more complex. To be a competent maintenance worker, one must constantly update his knowledge and master the advanced technologies so as to better serve customers.
