After winning bus purchasing orders from Rizhao, Zaozhuang, Renqiu and Meizhou, etc., Zhongtong Bus recently sucessfully stroke a deal with Weifang Public Transport. According to their deal, the bus maker is to provide 131 units new energy vehicles, including 111 units plug-in hybrid buses LCK6126PHENV and 20 units electric buses LCK6108EVG.
It is learnt that Weifang Public Transport plans to purchase 300 units buses in 2014. The purchase is conducted by inviting bids in several phases. To order to win its second bid this time for 131 units new energy vehicles, Zhongtong Bus has made full preparations and provided its customer with comprehensive passenger transport solutions. Now, its efforts are being paid off. Winning the deal of 131 units new energy buses with a total value of 120 million RMB, it becomes the biggest winner in the bidding.
So far, Zhongtong new energy buses have established their presence in over 70 cities across the whole nation with a total number of over 4,000 units in operation. In the first half of 2014 alone, the sales volume of its new energy buses exceeded 1,500 units, becoming a leading brand among its competitors. Giving its robust growing momentum, the company is now ready to make even more astounding achievements in the later half of this year.
