On Sept. 2, a grand ceremony was held in Jinan Zhangqiu Industrial Park by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. (CNHTC) to celebrate the delivery of 68 units of high-end buses with MAN technologies to Shandong Public Transport Group. Ma Chunji, President and Secretary of CPC Committee of CNHTC, Cai Dong, General Manager of CNHTC, Wang Zongchang, President and Secretary of CPC Committee of Shandong Public Transport Group, Wang Qian, General Manager of Shandong Public Transport Group as well as other officials attended the ceremony. The successful delivery of the MAN buses also marks a new milestone in the history of CNHTC for its industrial upgrading and the restructuring of its product line.
Howo bus made by CNHTC is going to take full advantage of MAN technologies in the future. The company is also striving to realize independent innovation and integrated innovation on the basis of its MAN products and MAN bus chassis. By doing so, it hopes to upgrade its technologies in the process of making bus chassis and bus products and strengthen the overall competitiveness of Howo buses.
