Generally speaking, the sales volume of city buses, buses for long-distance travel and tour coaches remained stagnant in the first half of 2014. However, the total sales volume of the gasoline-powered ones was at the same level when compared with the diesel powered ones. Given the great efforts made to popularize the eco-friendly vehicles, the sales of new energy buses jumped by a staggering 97.69% year on year.
