On Sept. 2, many schools in Egypt started their new semester. Xiamen-based Golden Dragon launched a door-to-door after-sales services lasting for four days in the largest coastal city in Egypt, Alexandria. To better serve its customers in the local area, the bus maker sent five engineers and two after-sales service vehicles.
During the four days, engineers from Golden Dragon made detailed records about its vehicles. Moreover, they provided a wide array of services according to the vehicle conditions, including initial maintenance, periodical maintenances and emergent training, etc. The service program is warmly applauded by parents and school authorities in Alexandria.
