In August 2014, four units of Asiastar buses have been delivered to Weifang Tian"en Bus Operation Company, which become highly recognized by local customers by the unique outlook and outstanding performances. The buses are equipped with 516V/300A battery With an minimum consumption of 0.5 kilowatt-hour of electricity per kilometer.
Equipped with the unique nine-phase synchronous motor which is more powered and with higher torque, the bus is more adaptable to urban operation condition. The delicate central control system generates perfect driving experience with functions like energy recovery and Hill-start Assist Control.
The president of Tian"en Bus states that they have the intention to purchase more Asiastar buses given its outstanding performance, in the meanwhile they also look forward to see promotion in details and the further cooperation with Asiastar is on the way.
